Under this objective, Faschang Service & Management GmbH has started a cooperation with the Austrian company Funk Fuchs GmbH. & Co KG (specialist for security-relevant, wireless communication), cubido business solutions GmbH (specialist for data science, IoT architecture and big data solutions) and the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria Hagenberg, to jointly develop a "Smart Analytics for Maintenance" as a comprehensive overall solution.
This comprehensive solution solves several of your challenges. Data can be continuously collected and transmitted to OMIS 4.0 through standardized and easy-to-retrofit sensors. All data on maintenance and servicing are stored in a holistic platform and compared to the recorded sensor data, analyzed and interpreted together. Thus, possible failures are detected early and appropriate measures are taken. Vendor-independence allows you to use the software across your entire network and without limitations for all your devices.
