Predictive Maintenance - Sensor technology and software to optimize your maintenance

The challenge

In firms with decentralized organizational structures cost-efficient maintenance is one of the biggest challenges. Measures to remove a disorder can usually be taken only after the disorder already happened. Unplanned standstills and total breakdowns together with high costs are the result. Insufficient information about the accident or the damaged devices lead to even longer delays. Previous accidents and resulting costs, actual energy demand of electronic consumers, detailed information and other relevant data are not easily or immediately available. Usually strategic decisions concerning replacements or repairs cannot be taken on the basis of valid data.

The solution

Logo_final_19.1._transparentis a holistic system that uses sensor technology and software to constantly collect and save data from buildings, machines and devices. The broad spectrum of information is available in the form of a knowledge database. Smart algorithms interpret the data and start actions. Because only a holistic picture of all relevant data leads to crucial findings. This sustainable optimization of the maintenance strategy enables firms to replace inefficient devices, detect possible breakdowns and claims early and in the best case prevent them through repairs on time. Moreover, required services or the replacement of spare parts can be planned intelligently. The result: cost-efficient maintenance.

Manufacturer independence enables the use of the software throughout the whole net, without restrictions on all devices which leads to a high level of flexibility. The solution can be expanded and upgraded through the standardized sensor technology at any time.
