omis 4.0 - Easier than ever

The first thoughts when prospects and potential customers think about the implementation of a new software solution? A high expenditure of time and costs, missing know-how among the internal stuff, problems with the compatibility with the daily business...

From first meetings with prospects and potential customers we know about these concerns. In addition, we are aware that the collection and preparation of equipment data is one of the most time-consuming tasks on the customer side.

 

During an Easy Implementation of omis 4.0 the equipment is not collected in detail, instead dummy equipment is used. Customers profit from major time and work savings as an excel list including all fuel stations and corresponding data is enough.

 

The following parts are provided by default and are not individually customized:

  • Error catalogue
  • Equipment classes
  • Types of inspection dates
  • Workflows

 

The system is preconfigured and the following data is imported by the customer:

  • Object list
  • User list
  • List of service providers
  • Inspection dates

 

A kick-off workshop and a jour fixe are held via webinar that lasts about 8 hours. All important topics are worked through together:

  • Explanation of the omis standard for workflows and module configurations
  • Explanation master data import function
  • Clarification project time table
  • Implementation of our omis standard according to the modules ordered
  • Training workshop (max. 8 hours)
  • Training of users (administrators, technicians, service providers)

 

Of course the whole project is managed by an experienced omis project manager.
