omis offers several opportunities how error reports from branches can be distributed and commissioned.

  • Automated commissioning of 50% of all reports (save about 125 h)
  • Automated pre-selection of 25% of all reports (save about 50 h)
  • Manual processing of 25% of all reports

Automated commissioning

In many areas, from filling station technique to coffee machines in the shop, there exist maintenance contracts with service providers. Especially in these cases it makes perfect sense to automatically send error reports to these service providers. According to the agreed reaction times the service provider has the possibility to start the processing of the disorder instantly. The current work steps are displayed in omis and corresponding notes and documents are saved.

Automated pre-selection 

When it is not 100% clear what service provider should be commissioned, error reports appear in the internal technique department of the operator and are distributed after being evaluated. omis provides a list of appropriate service providers - depending on skills, distance to the location, current number of open assignments, quality assessment etc.

Manual processing

Here we talk about disorders or damages that have to be treated very individually. Offers have to be obtained, several service providers are needed or the facts have to be checked again before the commissioning is done.

Automated distribution and commissioning of error reports

In all cases the commissioning is done directly via omis. The service providers can have an own account to document the processing steps directly in omis.
