omis smart analytics: Avoidance of frost damages and energy efficient door systems
The cold season has begun and many fuel station and shop operators are faced with the question how they best protect their equipment from frost damages and how they can manage the whole station energy efficiently.
Through the installed sensors it is e.g. possible to find out if a car wash door is open or closed. If the temperature falls below a defined value, the station operator can be informed via omis and can arrange to close the doors and through this prevent frost damages. In addition, potential standstills of the car wash can be detected on time and in the best case be prevented.
Another area of application is shop doors. Based on the inside and outside temperature, notifications can be sent to the operator via omis who has the possibility to switch from manual to automatic operation of the doors.
